This program can be freely shared on forums / websites / file hostings, but only in cases in which there's no profit (even from ads).
This version is designed for private use. :-)

Useful options of Basic Runtime Libraries (like a "Simple Install" for not advanced users):
Full command line are available, with exception of separately uninstalling selected packages, anyway you can uninstall them by groups (x86/x64).
You can get command-line parameters by clicking: Menu -> Parameters (this button shows more of them by clicking on it once again).
From my installer you can check installed runtimes, by clicking: Menu -> Installed?
Also you can check VC++ versions that will be installed, by clicking: Menu -> Msi INFO?
