.NET Framework 4.8 (4.8.03928.00) - Repack

I added a bunch of batch scripts to passive and quiet install, repair, uninstall and force reinstall (in case of the problems).

It can be extracted and installed on Windows 7/8/8.1/10. It will not be extracted and executed on Windows XP/2003/Vista, instead information window will be displayed.
