It's Shark Codecs repack, which include: Vista codecs, Standard codecs and Advanced codecs in about 60MB (3in1). By default it unpack and execute: for Windows XP/2003/Vista - Vista codecs for Windows 7/8/8.1/10 - Standard codecs You can also install Advanced codecs, parameter available from command line. I also added command line parameters for MSI installations. Vista codecs will not be extracted and executed on Windows 7/8/8.1/10. Standard and Advanced codecs will not be extracted and executed on Windows XP/2003/Vista.
