Gimp 2.10.30 original installer RePack

Only debug files was removed from the installer, program files without any modifications.

Gimp 2.10.30 can be installed in Windows versions 7/8/8.1/10/11.

I set, to place the icon on the desktop by default (task: desktop-icon).
