It's Java Runtimes Enviroment repack in about 80 MB (4in1). By default it unpack and execute: for Windows XP/2003/Vista (x86/x64) - 1.8.0.151 (v8u151) for Windows 7/8/8.1/10 (x86/x64) - 1.8.0.241 (v8u241) By default It automatically uninstall all installed version(s) of JRE and install the mentioned above. You can install only x86/x64 version of JRE, or uninstall it completely. Please check command line parameters (/?). Only installers needed for the installation will be extracted and executed. This SFX also automatically deletes installer cache (ZIP) files. They are for nothing, and take some space...
